But given what we see in Rockwall ā inventory rising, days on market stretching, sellers more flexible ā I expect the mid-October window is still very relevant and actionable for us.
So bottom line: the optimal window around mid-October still applies here, but the sweet spot may begin a little earlier in DFW. Youāll want to be ready before Oct. 12. If someone asked me, Iād say: Donāt wait until to start looking ā have your house hunt strategy fully warmed up by then.
